How to write the prompt

• Subjects — which molecules, cells, samples, models or steps appear
• Relationships — activates, inhibits, contains, precedes
• Layout — left to right, two rows, hub and spoke, or attach a reference image
• Labels — the text that must appear; keep each label short

After generating
